Values

Visalia Italian Heritage Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes, specifically to provide cultural preservation and community philanthropy. We further our purposes under this program by conducting the following activities:

The Visalia Italian Heritage Foundation is established to preserve and extend the Italian Heritage in the Visalia and extended community. They do this through the support of heritage, education and community-based activities. They also support philanthropic causes and education within the local community and Italian family. The Foundation works closely with the local Sons of Italy Lodges and collaborates with many nonprofits that share similar mission interest and community values. The Foundation's primary areas of focus include: (1) Preservation of Italian Heritage, Language, Culture and Family. (2) Support for youth and education. (3) Support of local community needs and events.


Our Board

The members of our board of directors are thoughtful leaders who have made a significant contribution to our society. Each and every one of them brings a unique set of skills and expertise to our organization.
